Do you have a need for a private dining hall or private Chef Services?
Chef Cary has over 30 years of culinary experience and is one of the Big Island’s most respected and in demand Chefs. He and his culinary team can put together any type of menu for casual dining events. He will customize a menu to fit your budget and your guests' tastes. "Off-Site" Private Chef Services can accommodate smaller groups from 4-40 guests. Chef Cary and his team do not sell or service alcoholic beverages.
"Off-SIte" Private Chef Services begin at $550 and include Chef Cary and Sous, the cost is $99 for each additional staff required.
In addition to our Private Chef Services the Kohala Burger & Taco Restaurant Dining Hall is available for private events. It’s perfect for Keiki birthdays, office/employee parties, engagement or rehearsal dinners, retirements or any special occasion! KBAT is also a BYOB facility and can accommodate up to 44 seated guests.
Private Dining Hall at our restaurant in Kawaihae, is based on operational availability. The cost is $550 for 2 hours, price includes $350 in food, beverage and retail. Custom menus are also available.
Nonrefundable deposits are required for all private dining.
